Orders are processed and dispatched daily from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that during major promotional campaigns or peak events,
dispatch may be deferred to 3–4 business days.
▪ Pre-Order Items ▪
Require an estimated 7–14 business days for fulfillment. If a single order contains both in-stock and pre-order items,
the entire order will be held and shipped together once all pre-order items arrive; separate deliveries will not be accommodated.

Delivery Time
Approximately 2–4 business days to your designated store.
Size Restrictions
Parcels must comply with 7-ELEVEN size limitations
(maximum length of 45cm, with the remaining two sides ≦ 30cm, or total linear dimensions must meet store specifications).
Orders exceeding these limits will automatically be shipped via domestic post.
Pickup Requirement
For prepaid orders ("Store Pickup Only"), please ensure the recipient's name matches your government-issued ID exactly.
You will be required to present valid identification upon collection.
Non-Pickup Policy
Please be reminded that if a customer fails to collect their parcel two times (overdue returns),
the system will automatically suspend and disable their access to both the store pickup and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services.

If you have not received a pickup notice within the expected timeframe, please log into your member profile and use the "Messages" tab within your order details to check status or contact customer support to prevent the parcel from being returned.

Ⓒ International Shipping
Transit times vary based on the destination country's logistics efficiency and customs clearance procedures. Once dispatched via international express/e-parcel services, standard delivery to general metropolitan regions requires approximately 3–15 business days (excluding remote destinations and peak campaign seasons).
Ⓓ In-Store Pickup
Once your online order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, our team will immediately prepare and hold your items at the 3 POINTER physical store. You may collect your parcel anytime during regular business hours.
