Taiwan Orders

▪ Handling Time ▪
Orders are processed and shipped daily from Monday to Friday
(excluding weekends and national holidays)

▪ In-Stock Items 
Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Please note that shipping may be deferred to 3–4 business days
during promotional campaign periods.

Pre-Order Items 
Require an estimated wait time of 7–14 business days.
If a single order contains both in-stock and pre-order items,
the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item is available.

Delivery & Cost 
FREE SHIPPING is provided for all domestic Taiwan orders.
Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 days after dispatch
(SMS notifications will be sent for convenience store pickups).

International Orders

Courier Service
International orders are shipped via Taiwan Post (E-Parcel / Pack & Track Shipping).

Delivery Timeframe
Deliveries generally take 3–15 business days depending on your location.
Please note that these are estimates only;
3 POINTER does not guarantee exact delivery dates as delays may occur due to customs clearance,
remote destinations, or peak seasons.

Estimated Shipping Times & Rates
Postage charges will vary based on your parcel's actual weight and dimensions.

Asia/Pacific, USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Rest of the World: 10–15 Business Days.
New Zealand: 3–10 Business Days.

|Payment Guidelines|

ATM Transfer (Taiwan Only)

Payment must be completed within 2 days of order placement.
If payment is cleared before 10:00 PM on the day of purchase,
we will arrange immediate dispatch to expedite your delivery.

Credit Card & PayPal

Please review your transaction details upon checkout.
For any payment or billing inquiries, feel free to notify us via message.
For international orders,
exchange rates will be automatically calculated by your credit card issuer.

Cash on Delivery (COD - Taiwan Only)

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days,
and an automated SMS text notification will be sent when the parcel arrives
at your designated convenience store.

 Customs & Duties 

Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country
are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

|Returns, Exchanges & Warranty|

3 POINTER reserves the absolute right to accept or decline consumer orders at its sole discretion.
All items are delivered in original manufacturer packaging.
For any returns or size exchanges, the product must be returned completely intact,
including all original packaging, tags, and the holographic security label.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or distinct odors will strictly not be accepted.

※ Defective Items

If you receive an item with manufacturing flaws,
defects, or missing components (excluding human-induced damage),
we accept exchanges.

Please contact us via our customer service channels with your order number within 3 days of receipt.
Once evaluated and approved by our team,
please return the item within 7 days via 7-ELEVEN store-to-store or postal mail.
All round-trip shipping fees will be fully covered by 3 POINTER.

※ Size Exchanges

We accommodate size exchanges for the exact same style.
Please return the item to us within 3 business days of receipt via 7-ELEVEN store-to-store.
All round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

※ International Exchanges

For orders shipped outside of Taiwan,
any shipping costs and potential duties incurred for returns or exchanges
must be fully absorbed by the buyer.

※ Repair Services

We offer repair services for damages occurring under normal usage,
subject to evaluation by our technical team. While the repair labor fee is covered by us,
all associated round-trip shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

※ Price Adjustments for Exchanges

If a defective product is exchanged for a different item of higher value,
the price difference must be paid by the buyer.
Please note that no partial refunds will be issued if the replacement item is of lower value.

※ Warranty Scope

Our warranty strictly covers original material defects or manufacturing flaws.
Structural damages resulting from improper usage,
natural wear and tear (e.g., laundering damage, long-term degradation),
or human factors are excluded from warranty coverage.
