|7-Day Return Period|

7-Day Return Window

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day return period (including weekends and holidays) starting from the date the package is delivered.

Strict Deadline

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. For any defects, incorrect items, or return requests, you must contact customer service within this 7-day window. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Timeline

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, the return parcel must be dispatched within 3 days. Overdue returns will not be processed.


|Conditions & Restrictions|

【Core Principle】 
Returned items must be brand new, unused, and in their original pristine condition. 
They must include all original packaging (including outer boxes), tags, accessories, and invoices; otherwise, the return will be rejected.


Returns will strictly NOT be accepted under the following conditions:


▪ Expired Timeline ▪

Requests made beyond the 7-day return period, or items not shipped back within 3 days after approval.

▪ Human-Induced Damage ▪

Items that have been used, opened, or exhibit signs of damage, stains, wear, scratches, or soil caused by personal handling.

▪ Security Tag Removed ▪

To prevent fraud, our high-value items are equipped with a security loop/tag. This tag is an integral part of the product. If it has been cut, altered, or removed, the product's value is considered diminished, and returns will be rejected.

▪ Incomplete Return ▪
Missing original packaging, accessories, complimentary items, or the original invoice.


▪ Personal Wear ▪

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, underwear, bras, compression tights, and socks cannot be returned once opened.

▪ Consumables ▪

Fragrance and volatile consumables such as candles and diffusers.

▪ Tamper-Evident Packaging ▪

Items sealed in one-time, tamper-evident mailers that cannot be restored once opened.

▪ Clearance/Sale Items ▪

Final sale and clearance items are sold at cost. Minor imperfections on the outer packaging are to be expected. Unless the product itself has a major manufacturing defect, final sale items are non-returnable.

▪ Abuse of Policy ▪

Malicious, frequent, or bulk returns.

Contact Support

Reach out to customer service with your Name, Order Number, Phone Number, Item Name, and a brief note regarding the reason for return (with photos for defects).
Pack the Item
Ensure the product is complete, unused, and securely packed in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Ship Back

Ship the parcel back to our designated address or FamilyMart store within 3 days (return shipping costs are borne by the buyer).
Refund Dispatched

Once received and inspected, we will initiate your refund process.

Contact our team to confirm stock availability for the desired exchange item.
Pack Item & Return Shipping Fee

Securely pack the original item and include the return shipping fee inside the parcel (NT$60 for FamilyMart store-to-store / NT$120 for Home Delivery).
Ship Back

Ship the parcel back to our designated address or FamilyMart store within 3 days (shipping costs to our warehouse are borne by the buyer).
Replacement Shipped

Upon receiving and verifying the condition of your parcel, we will dispatch the replacement item.

*Please Note: Each order is eligible for ONE exchange only. Items are not held during the process due to fast-moving inventory. If your requested size is out of stock when the parcel arrives, it will automatically be processed as a return.


|Refund Guide|

Credit Card Payments

Upon successful processing of your return, the refund will be credited directly back to the original credit card used. (Actual posting dates depend entirely on your card issuer's billing cycle).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Upon successful return, the refund will be issued as Store Credit to your member account. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used toward any future purchase on our official website.

*If you prefer a cash refund to your bank account, a NT$15 bank transfer fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
