ATM Transfer (Taiwan Only)
If payment is cleared before 10:00 PM on the day of purchase,
we will arrange immediate dispatch to expedite your delivery.
Credit Card & PayPal
For any payment or billing inquiries, feel free to notify us via message.
For international orders,
exchange rates will be automatically calculated by your credit card issuer.
Cash on Delivery (COD - Taiwan Only)
and an automated SMS text notification will be sent when the parcel arrives
at your designated convenience store.

|Returns, Exchanges & Warranty|
For any returns or size exchanges, the product must be returned completely intact,
including all original packaging, tags, and the holographic security label.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or distinct odors will strictly not be accepted.
※ Defective Items
defects, or missing components (excluding human-induced damage),
we accept exchanges.
Once evaluated and approved by our team,
please return the item within 7 days via 7-ELEVEN store-to-store or postal mail.
All round-trip shipping fees will be fully covered by 3 POINTER.
※ Size Exchanges
Please return the item to us within 3 business days of receipt via 7-ELEVEN store-to-store.
All round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
※ International Exchanges
any shipping costs and potential duties incurred for returns or exchanges
must be fully absorbed by the buyer.
※ Repair Services
subject to evaluation by our technical team. While the repair labor fee is covered by us,
all associated round-trip shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
※ Price Adjustments for Exchanges
the price difference must be paid by the buyer.
