|Store Credit Guide|
▪ How to Redeem ▪
Log into your member account, and on the shopping cart checkout page, select or enter the amount of store credit you wish to apply. The system will automatically deduct it from your order total.
▪ How to Check Balance ▪
Navigate to "Member Center" > "Store Credit" after logging in to view your current balance, expiration dates, and transaction history.
▪ Validity & Expiration ▪
Each allocation of store credit has its own effective and expiration dates based on the specific campaign guidelines. Upon checkout, our system will automatically prioritize and deduct the store credit closest to its expiration date.
▪ Order Cancellations & Returns ▪
If an order is canceled or a return is successfully completed, any store credit applied to that transaction will be automatically and instantly reinstated to your account, becoming available for immediate use.
|Coupons & Promo Codes|
▪ How to Apply ▪
Enter your promotional code into the designated "Promo Code" field at checkout, or select an applicable coupon from your account to receive your exclusive discount.
▪ Usage Restrictions ▪
Only one coupon or promo code can be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated. All coupons must be used within their validity period and cannot be reissued upon expiration.
