3 POINTER will never contact you via phone, SMS, or messaging apps under any pretext
(e.g., system errors, accidental installment settings, duplicated orders, or membership upgrades) to request your credit card details,
bank account information, or instruct you to operate an ATM or online banking.
▪ Beware of Altered Numbers ▪
Please remain highly alert if you receive calls with prefixes such as "+", "+2", or "+886".
These are often spoofed caller IDs used by scammers posing as company store staff,
banking employees, or government authorities.
▪ Do Not Click Unknown Links ▪
Never click on unverified links sent via SMS or email,
and do not accept unrecognized LINE friend invitations.

▪ Strengthen Passwords ▪
We strongly recommend that you update your member password periodically
and enhance its strength by mixing upper- and lowercase letters with numbers.
▪ Avoid Public Terminals ▪
Refrain from entering your login credentials on public computers
or unsecured Wi-Fi networks to prevent data theft.
